When I began my exploration into the practice of yoga, I experienced what was to be the beginning of a journey into the rejuvenation and recovery of mind, body and spirit.  Integrating caring, nurturing and compassion to my teaching I wish to create a safe space for others starting out on their own personal journey.  I believe this is the single greatest gift to oneself.  My energy and enthusiasm will support you to bring yoga’s beneficial results to your personal and spiritual growth.

Candlelight Yoga: An all levels, moderately paced class softly lit by candlelight.  This class will flow between strengthening postures to get the breath and the body moving and gentle poses to relax and calm the body. The combination will leave you balanced and restored.
